What is a floatation therapy
Floating offers an all-natural approach, which has been proven to help a wide scope of ailments and offer physical and mental well-being to its practitioners.
The water in the float pod is mostly salt — a solution which is inherently sterile. We regullary renew the water.

What do I bring?
If you use contact lenses they should be removed before your session so bring your contact case. Also do not forget a brush or comb and a hair tie. You a free to bring your own face, hands and body moisturizer.
What can i expect on the session?
Before your session you get undressed, take off your jewelry and take a shower. We encourage clients to float nude for the greatest experience, but feel free to bring a swimsuit if you’ld like. After that you go to the float pod full of salt water, lay down and just relax.
When your session is over you will hear a silent music. Take a shower and you are welcome to take a cup of tea.
How do I prepare?
Avoid caffeine for at least 4 hours before floating
If you come on an empty stomach, you may be distracted by stomach grumbles. We encourage clients to have a snack 30 minutes before the session
Avoid shaving, tanning, waxing—or anything else that would increase the sensitivity of your skin
How deep is the float pod?
The depth is about 50 cm
How is the water cleaned?
The water is fully filtered three times between each float through a pool filter and is sanitized with a disinfectant and UV light.
Hydrogen Peroxide (h2o2) is used to help break down organics to aid in filtration. h2o2 is checked daily to remain within 30ppm to 100ppm range.

Feel free to choose any order you like. We usually recommend go to the float pod first when visit a massage session and after that go to the collarium.
